Snapshare is an AI-powered photo delivery platform for events and photographers that turns real-world experiences into instant, shareable memories. Built on AI facial recognition, QR-based access, branded galleries, and smart analytics, Snapshare enables attendees to find their photos instantly while helping event organizers and sponsors amplify visibility through branded watermarks, sponsor placement, and UGC-driven organic reach. In other words: Snapshare doesn’t just deliver photos. It converts an event into a marketing engine, where every shared image carries the brand forward (Snapshare).
When Snapshare partnered with Bitcandy Studio, the platform already had a powerful product foundation and a compelling promise. But to scale across multiple customer segments (event organizers, photographers, corporate teams) and multiple touchpoints (QR standees, venue screens, galleries, social shares, case studies, demos), Snapshare needed one thing: a clarified, consistent brand identity.
The product was fast, modern, and engineered for scale; the visual system had to feel the same—trustworthy enough for enterprise events, energetic enough for social moments, and structured enough to remain consistent across an internal team executing at high speed.
Bitcandy Studio was commissioned to deliver a complete brand identity system anchored in logo design, brand guidelines, and social media creative guidelines, along with overall design consultation to empower Snapshare’s internal team with a clear, scalable design direction.
Most event technology brands either look overly corporate. Snapshare sits at a more sophisticated intersection: it is both a real-time event experience product and a marketing infrastructure product. The same platform that delights attendees with instant delivery must also convince organizers, sponsors, and corporate teams that it is secure, scalable, and reliable.
Snapshare’s challenge wasn’t a lack of features. The product already offered instant AI photo delivery, face recognition search, secure cloud galleries, branded watermarks, sponsor visibility, and live analytics (Snapshare). The challenge was brand clarity across surfaces. Any inconsistency dilutes trust.
The challenge for Bitcandy was to clarify Snapshare’s brand identity so it consistently communicated three things at once: precision technology, instant delight, and brand amplification.
Before moving into logo design and brand guidelines, we began with a business immersion phase. We studied what Snapshare truly enables at events: it shortens the distance between “moment captured” and “moment shared”. If guests receive their photos while the event is still alive, they share. When they share, the event brand travels. When the event brand travels with watermarks and sponsor visibility, Snapshare becomes not just a photo delivery tool, but a brand distribution layer.
We anchored the brand strategy around three pillars that reflect Snapshare’s product promise and customer psychology: 1) trust, because Snapshare operates in privacy-sensitive environments and must be seen as secure and compliant-ready; 2) delight, because instant AI photo delivery should feel like magic, not admin. 3) shareability, because the product’s superpower is turning event moments into organic marketing.
This strategy influenced everything that followed. The brand identity had to be clean enough to signal reliability, energetic enough to match the pace of events, and flexible enough to live inside branded galleries and social media without overwhelming the photos. Just like the product experience, the brand needed to be fast, intuitive, and unmistakably Snapshare.
To reflect Snapshare’s “instant delivery + brand center stage” proposition, we developed a visual identity system built to perform across mobile screens, physical venue touchpoints, and social-first outputs
The Logo Design:
We crafted a logo designed for digital clarity and real-world event visibility. The mark was built to feel precise and modern. It needed to work as a watermark, a gallery header, an app-like icon, and a sponsor-facing brand stamp.
Brand Identity:
We developed an identity language that can scale across multiple customer segments without losing coherence. Snapshare serves event organizers, photographers, and corporate teams, each with different needs and contexts. The brand system was designed to feel consistent across these segments, creating one unified Snapshare impression: premium, modern, and high-performance.
Brand Guidelines:
We documented clear brand guidelines covering logo usage, color systems, typography hierarchy, spacing rules, and brand application across digital and print. These guidelines act as a playbook for consistency.
Social Media Creative Guidelines:
Because Snapshare’s category is inherently social, we designed a social media creative system that supports speed and variety while maintaining a cohesive look. The creative guidelines define visual patterns, text hierarchy, post formats, and content framing.
Overall Design Consultation:
We supported Snapshare’s internal team with ongoing creative consultation. This ensured the brand system didn’t remain static documentation, but became a living operating system for consistent execution across marketing and product communication.

By the end of the engagement, Snapshare had a clarified brand identity that matches what the platform actually delivers: instant AI photo delivery that drives organic marketing and sponsor visibility. With cohesive brand guidelines and social media creative guidelines, Snapshare’s internal team can now execute faster without sacrificing consistency.Snapshare now stands not only as a platform for memory delivery, but as an event engagement and UGC marketing engine—designed for connection, built for scale, and ready for the future of event experiences.
